● After coiling,the cable would be feed into packing machine automatically by folded arms.The coil of cable would be automatically packed and sticked the label.After packing,the coil of cable would be send out to convery device.Don’t need manual operation.
● The traversing system is adopted Serve motor so that the coil of cable is orderly and beautiful.
● Computerized memory can store 100 different specifications of the coil.When you need to change the product specifications,you just choose the specifications of the stored data.Don’tneed input again.It can produce immediately.
● Automatically detect the fault and give alarm.
● The machine could be used with an extrusion line or only with the pay-off machine.The production speed is about 2 coil per minute.(100m per coil for 2.5mm²cable).
