Application：The machine is used for insulating or sheathing for LSZH cable.

● According to the special characteristics of LSZH material,adopt the specialized screw and the compression ratio is controlled strictly.
● Ensure the tensile strength,elongation and surface finish of LSZH material,the squeezing mould is chosen during
insulating and the semi-squeezing mould is chosen during sheathing.
● The whole line is controlled by PLC with human-machine interaction interface.Digital control technique and PLC
program make entire control system dependable and flexible.
● The cooling system of the whole line is very important to extrude LSZH material.So the whole line adopt special heating and cooling temperature control system.
