Application：Our double-twist strander is applicable to twisting of multi-strand bare copper, aluminum and aluminum alloy wires and also coated cored wires such as rubber wires, power wires and control cables, etc.

Feature:
● The line speed can reach 140 m/min, nearly 4 times the productivity of conventional tubular stranders.
● The machine is controlled by PLC with human-machine interaction interface. Digital control technique and PLC
program make entire control system dependable. It is possible to set strand pitch by means of the touch-screen.
● Adopt the bow with carbon fiber material which possesses high strength and is light.
● The bow,traction and take-up system are adopted independent motor.

Composition of the production line
Standard configuration includes:
1. Pay-off stand (baskets & pay-off bobbin)
2. Tension stand
3. Rotary wire assembly rack (where wires come together and form one strand)
4. Stranding host (which holds the take-up bobbin and where the actual rotation happens)
