● The production efficiency of roll form strander is about 4 times as high as the rigid strander’s.The speed of the Roll Form Strander is 1200 rpm, product dependent; whilst in comparison the rigid strander at best would operate at 300tpm.
● By incorporating the Single Input Wire(SIW) diameter program into the strand design,significant savings can be achieved in Wire Drawing,Stranding and the Insulation processes.
● Save the factory space and manpower because of the compact structure.The whole Roll Form Stranding process only requires one operator.
